In honor of Women’s History Month, Quantum Source Insurance would like to highlight Lisa Harris, who is an integral part of the Quantum Source Insurance team, bringing over 16 years of dedicated industry experience.

Lisa is a native of the small town of Pine Grove, WV, and has spent much of her life there raising her three sons. As a dedicated and hard-working mother, Lisa sought out a career path that would afford her the flexibility of being a working mom. She began her career with a life insurance company where she quickly excelled in both leadership roles and award-winning sales performance.

While working in various sales and management roles in WV, she built up a large client base while also serving as a mentor to her peers. Throughout her career journey, she worked with area brokers and obtained her P&C insurance license, as well as comprehensive experience in that area of the industry.

Her focus was and always has been servicing the needs of her clients to the highest standard of quality and care. Lisa eventually transitioned to a regional instructor role with a national employee benefits company where she used her expertise and training to help launch the success of aspiring newcomers.

After moving to Pittsburgh, Lisa partnered with Charles to assess the needs of insurance clients in today’s busy world. Working together, they developed a strategy to create an agency that would serve every clients’ insurance needs. Now, as a partner of QSIG, Lisa brings over 16 years of dedicated and comprehensive industry experience and expertise to a team that is built to better serve the insurance needs of area clients.
